With over 19 years of dedicated service, Krassi Tzenov has become a trusted name in real estate throughout Calgary and the Bow Valley area. His career began in 1999 as a real estate associate with Re/Max Classic, where he laid the foundation for his successful journey in the industry.
In 2002, Krassi took a significant step in his career by completing the Real Estate Brokers’ Program and launching his own company, KT Capital Realty Inc. Since its inception, the company has successfully sold over 1,000 properties, and Krassi himself has earned the prestigious MLS Million Dollar Club award 7 times, a testament to his excellence and commitment.
Krassi’s ambition and drive were evident from a young age. Passionate about sports, especially volleyball, he moved away from his hometown at 14 to study at Bulgaria’s premier National Sports School. His dedication paid off as he made the Junior National Volleyball team and played professionally for several years. However, a serious knee injury ended his international volleyball aspirations, redirecting his focus toward academics, culminating in a Master's Degree from the National Sports Academy in Sofia.
In 1990, Krassi immigrated to Canada with $500 and no knowledge of English. His background in volleyball and education quickly helped him secure the role of Head Coach for the Men’s Volleyball Team at SAIT College. While coaching, he also completed a diploma in Marketing at SAIT and worked as a part-time Ski Instructor at both Canada Olympic Park and Nakiska Ski School. Prior to entering real estate, Krassi excelled as a sales associate at Stampede Pontiac Calgary, where he was the top salesperson in the used vehicle department for two consecutive years.
In 1999, Krassi completed all the necessary requirements to become a licensed realtor in Alberta, marking the beginning of a distinguished real estate career.
